About Serenity Catering

Chef Lynnejai Turner hails from Lansing Michigan where she started as a home cook, however she knew she needed the culinary foundation in order to take her cooking to the next level. Moving to the food mecca, Las Vegas, Chef enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where she maintained a 4.0 GPA, Presidents Honor Roll, and was ultimately a nomination for Student Culinarian of the Year. Chef Lynnejai worked in several fine dining kitchens such as Bouchon (Venetian), Jose Serrano (Cosmopolitan), Emerald of Queens Ridge and Andiron Steak and Sea as Gard Manger. Chef Lynnejai was a featured contestant on the Food Network competition show Cooks vs. Cons where she cooked for chef Marcus Samuelsson and Geoffrey Zakarian.

Chef Lynnejai has met and spent time with several Food Network personalities as well as Chef Gordon Ramsay, and French Chefs Hubert Keller and Francois Payard. Chef Lynnejai has taken her culinary education, experience in fine dining kitchens and advice from those notable chefs to create and provide delicious, sophisticated food for her clients.
